| "Window Lite Home Improvements, Inc" had a 10 year award winning history but in 2003 the company failed due to a huge overhead. After having rapid growth ands peaking at 10 to 11 Million in sales in 2000, by 2003 6 Million was not enough in sales to pay the large overhead. The overhead was due in part to the good intentions of the owners who were very service minded. If they had avoided the large overhead and been able to use technology a bit more they would have succeeded. |
| When the company failed there were still many unfinished jobs and several of the former workers and subcontractors decided to try to help the customers get their jobs finished and go out with dignity and pride. A couple of us were even crazy enough to think that we might be able to save the good name of "Window Lite" and establish a relationship with the former customers by offering free warranty assistance and at cost repairs on warranty issues. Many of the customers who received our help said "You guys sure are 'Loyal' " and we decided to make that our new company name. |

| Our new company is powered by our own software which we have been developing to be able to offer big overhead service with a low overhead cost for any small company. We call it "Talented Websites" and it will be available for small companies to rent in 2011. When we started developing it they had no name for rental software but recently they call products like this SAAS which stands for Software As A Service. The idea is that instead of having lots of people who have to have daycare and drive back and forth to and office to handle poor copies of paperwork, unreadable faxes, illegible, weather damaged hand writing and dyslexic errors and typos, an office could be integrated and be online. This would reduce the replication of effort of typing (often slightly different versions) of peoples names addresses and phone numbers into different computer programs for order and accounting and marketing and service, etc. The complete business solution online could accomplish this and does today. |
